The boutique hotel is in a terrific location that was
very quiet and peaceful. The service was outstanding, and I loved the spacious and clean room. However, I would have appreciated a more varied breakfast selection each morning.

Perfect for a lovely family getaway
We had a fantastic time during our stay! The service was great. Our kids really loved the welcome cookies they got upon arrival,, and Peter at the door was a highlight for us with his energy.
It wasn't exactly cheap,, but considering the experience, it was acceptable.

great time with family
Our One Bedroom suite was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom and a second bathroom that was super handy. The hotel had a lovely bar lounge. We enjoyed afternoon tea in a beautifully decorated room. The fitness center and hot tub really added to the relaxing vibe. Valet service was smooth too.

Location is fantastic, right by the high-end shopping and restaurants. The room itself was spacious with comfortable furnishings, but it had a strange odor that lingered. The air conditioning worked fine but was a bit noisy at night. Service in the restaurant felt a little slow during breakfast, even though the food was decent. High tea was delightful and the ambiance in the tea room was lovely. I had some trouble with the check-in process, it took longer than I would have liked. Overall, for the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail.

Had an awesome time with friends at this place! We explored the Royal Ontario Museum and went shopping on Bloor Street. The location is great, so many things nearby! The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean, making our stay enjoyable.
The only downside was the check-in process, which took longer than expected. Would have liked a smoother arrival.

missingWrote a review on Jun 11spacious suiteelegant decorstocked fridgepoorly repaired sink
The two-bedroom suite featured spacious living areas and elegant decor, creating a comfy retreat. Having a stocked fridge was great, and the accessibility to nearby attractions enhanced the experience significantly.
However, the suite had a sink that seemed poorly repaired, which was a bit of a letdown for a hotel at this price point. The lack of in-room movies felt outdated, and the bar service wasn't as polished as expected, with a dirty table left unattended. Some amenities felt lacking, like the absence of water unless you paid high mini bar prices. Although valet parking was available, the options for self-parking were quite limited and inconvenient.
